Steve Bissell’s 1970s Panama photography arrived in my inbox courtesy of a friend and the submission was a little like unlocking a time warp. A lot of it hadn’t been published anywhere, while the rest hadn’t seen print in decades. Kimball Taylor, as he always does whenever he sits down at a keyboard, did an amazing job of conveying the scope of Bissell’s life, work, and character.
